Respite Care

Caring for caregivers is also part of why Atrio Help at Home is here. That’s why we provide care and attention when the primary caregiver is unable to, or simply needs a break. Respite care can be scheduled for two hours a day or around-the-clock (24/7) for an extended period of time. This can be extremely helpful when the primary caregiver is on vacation or unable to tend to their loved one’s needs.

Medication Set-up and Reminders

Assistance with the organization of medications can be beneficial to those who have diminished eyesight or arthritis. Atrio Help at Home staff members can set up medications, as well as provide reminders so medications are taken as needed, when needed.

When meal preparation becomes uncomfortable, unsafe or otherwise difficult, an Atrio Help at Home staff member can either prepare a meal or help in the preparation.

Atrio Help at Home can coordinate transportation with or without assistance, whether for physician appointments, errands, shopping, trips to the airport, visits to friends, or religious services. Please note that requests must be made 24 hours in advance.

Live-In & Travel Aide Services

Clients now have the convenient option of having an aide live in their home to provide assistance with personal tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and other activities throughout the day and night. An individualized program and schedule would determine pricing after meeting with the client to understand their needs and the number of hours of care that would be required.

In addition, as a part of this service, should a client need to travel — whether for several months or several days — the client would have the option of having their aide travel with them to provide care throughout their travels.

Home Risk and Safety Evaluation

An Occupational Health professional performs an assessment of the home environment and provides solutions which make performing daily living activities easier, reduces accidents, and supports independent living.

Payment Options

Atrio Help at Home accepts a wide variety of payment plans including private pay, auto insurance, liability insurance, and some long-term care insurance policies.
